After you’ve ticked everything on that list, that is, when you’re sure you’re eating and living right, it’s time to work it a little. Our project today is skin as soft as a baby’s butt. And for that, we have 5 recipes that you can do at home, they’re all easy, and they all lead to flawless skin.

Turmeric And Lemon Face Pack

Ingrediens

  • 1 tablespoon of gram flour
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

How To Do It

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and work your way towards a smooth paste. Apply that to your face, scrub for a few minutes and leave it on for 20 minutes. Then, clean your face with cool water and dry with a towel. You can do this in the morning before the shower.

Why This Works

Turmeric has shown to improve the smoothness of the skin. It also keeps your skin healthy and clean.  After – Turmeric is high in antioxidants that slow down cell damage therefore has shown to improve the smoothness of the skin. It also keeps your skin healthy and clean. Also Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial agent. Its anti-inflammatory properties help to reduce redness from blemishes and calm rosacea, and the antibacterial properties disinfect the skin and combat acne.

Yogurt And Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh and unflavored yogurt
  •  1 teaspoon of lemon juice

How To Do It

Mix yogurt and lemon into a paste again and apply it on your face. After you’ve had it on for 20 minutes, wash your face with water and dry. Do this in the morning before your shower, or at night before bed.

Why This Works

Lemon contains vitamin C and protects your skin from UV damage. Yogurt makes your skin brighter and improves overall skin texture. These ingredients mixed, moisturize the skin and help remove all the blemishes.

Potato

Ingredients

How To Do It

Apply the pulp on your face and keep it there for 20 minutes. Wash it of with water afterwards. You can do this even twice a day, in the morning, and right before bed.

Why This Works

Most people might not know that with the help of potatoes we can make a variety of wonderful face packs. Potato itself is very good for our skin.  If you have dark circles under your eyes, for example, potato juice works wonders in clearing them up. Same goes for the eye puffiness. Pimples, acne scars, potato heals them all.

Honey Face Mask

Ingredients

How To Do It

First, take a tablespoon of raw honey and warm it up by  rubbing it with your fingers. Then apply the warm honey in your face. Leave the mask for 10 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. Dry your face with a fresh towel. You can do this recipe once a week.

Honey is a natural anti- bacterial ingredient for beauty care. Cleopatra was supposedly a massive milk-and-honey fan and she was the original femme fatale. She wasn’t wrong — as a natural humectant, honey is used in a myriad of beauty products even today.
