Makeup is hard to deal with sometimes. You know, creating a masterpiece and at the end of the night ending up looking like a messed up animal is not always very fun to watch next day in tagged pictures. How to keep everything in its place and matte, and stop your eyeshadow and eyeliner from smudging?
Amazing people on the internet have a solution for this.
Australian makeup artist and blogger Gemma Tsakonas is primarily known for demonstrating makeup tips and tutorials on her gemmaisabellamakeup Instagram account which has more than 420,000 followers. The 23-year old is a pro when it comes to winged eyeliners and matte makeup so get your notebook ready to write down some clever advice.
Face
She likes full coverage. She achieves this by applying foundation, concealer, powder, contouring, blush, bronzer and highlighter. Yes, it takes a lot of products to keep your face matte.
Eyes
She starts with a primer and then creates a smokey brown eye look. She does an awesome job with the winged liner and then applies eyelashes. She goes in with some mascara just to add the extra.
Lips
Of course that nude is a go to when it comes to heavy makeup so this is what Gemma decides too. A brown matte lipstick is the answer!
