Hope you all are doing great. Under eye dark circles look awful on the face. Today, I will be discussing some easy home remedies that can help to remove dark circles.

1. Milk and saffron

Mix milk and a few strands of saffron. Use this mixture chilled after the saffron has left its color into the milk. Leave it for about 15 minutes and rinse. Milk is a very good cleanser and moisturizes the skin around eyes and saffron will help to lighten the skin.

2. Lemon juice and cucumber juice

Mix equal portions of lemon juice and cucumber juice and mix well. Now, dip cotton pads in the juice and cover your eyes with them. Leave them for 15 to 20 minutes and wash with cold water and follow with your regular moisturizer. Lemon and cucumber, both are skin lightening agents and cucumber helps to soothe your eyes.

3. Lemon and honey mask

Mix lemon juice and honey and apply this mixture on your dark circles. The antioxidants in honey help in getting rid of the dark circles while providing smoothness to the skin and lemon help in lightening the dark circles.

4. Aloe vera and tomato juice mask

Mix aloe vera gel and tomato juice and use this mask to treat your dark circles. It is very effective. Keep this for about 20 minutes and wash with cold water.

5. Tea bags

Tea bags are great to treat undereye dark circles. You can use either chamomile tea bags or green tea bags. Both of them are rich in antioxidants and helps in getting rid of the dark circles. It’s best to refrigerate them before using for this purpose.

6. Sandalwood and milk mask

Mix sandalwood powder and milk and make a smooth paste out of it. Now, apply this paste on under eye area to treat dark circles. Make sure you don’t let it dry too much and that your skin starts stretching. If it happens, then either try making a thick paste or keep moistening it by spraying rose water.

7. Avocado and olive oil mask

Mix a few drops of olive oil to a mashed avocado and make a smooth paste. Apply this paste onto your dark circles and rinse with cold water after 15 minutes. Avocado is extremely moisturizing for the skin and so is the olive oil. Use it regularly to see the results.

8. Cucumber juice, nutmeg, and milk

Make a paste out of cucumber juice, nutmeg, and milk. Nutmeg has antioxidants that help in fighting dark circles.

9. Rose water, lemon juice, and glycerine

Mix all three ingredients and dip cotton balls into this mixture and keep these cotton balls on your eyes for about 20 minutes. This will definitely show results.
