LA beauty Christen Dominique is an influential YouTube vlogger hosting videos such as makeup tutorials, celebrity looks, travel vlogs etc.
In every beauty vlogger’s life there comes a time when they are requested to do a video of their everyday makeup look.
If you’ve been wondering how Christen Dominique has been prepping up her every day look, here’s the video you’ve been waiting for!
Prime your face using your preferred primer or trying out the Smashbox Hydrating primer. Proceed by applying liquid foundation using a beauty sponge. Christine uses the Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Skin Boost.
Next thing that we are gonna do is our brows. She uses a brow pencil. The product used is the Benefit Precisely My Brow pencil. It has a little built-in spoolie-brush for you to expertly blend in the color.
We are then going to use the Matt Lin shade form the The Balm Meet Matt(e) Trimony Palette to set our eye. Proceed by working over on the crease area with the Matt Lopez shade. We are then going to darken the crease by combining two of the shades; the Matt Kumar and Matt Reed ones.
Then, darken the outer part of the crease a bit more mixing the Matt Moskowitz with the Matt Reed.
Next, we are going to do define the eye with liquid eyeliner. Once we’re done, put some mascara on and proceed by applying fake lashes.
Going back to the rest of the face, we are going to use concealer to touch up the dark circles under our eyes.
Use the concealer to touch up any other parts of the face where you think you have some dark spots.
As a final step when it comes to doing your face, we are going to go to contouring. Contour the cheekbone as well as the nose with a shade darker of your complexion to introduce depth and movement regarding the facial structure. Set the under eye area using powder and a brush.
To introduce some shade and color to the cheek bones, we are first going to go in with a bronzer.
Highlight the cheekbones, the tip of your nose as well as the tip of your upper lip with a highlighter.
Put some lipstick and you are good to go!
