Model and Glamour Woman of the Year Ashley Graham has been one of the fashion industry’s most powerful and outspoke body activists. Luckily for us, the model isn’t shy about sharing her hard-earned wisdom when it comes to being confident—and totally crushing it—in front of the camera. Her latest feat? Demonstrating just how to rock a challenge on America’s Next Top Model that had more than a few of the contestants camera shy.

Graham’s been serving as a judge alongside new host Rita Ora on the new season ofANTM. The challenge in question on a recent episode? A nude photo shoot. When some contestants looked (understandably) anxious, Graham stepped out from behind the judge’s desk. Showing the ladies exactly how it’s done, she posed for a nude shoot herself—that is, if you don’t count the glam layers of pearls she was draped in.

After she finished modeling how to, well, model, Graham gave the anxious newcomers a characteristically motivating pep talk. In a clip from the episode, courtesy of EW, the It Girl du jour can be seen telling them, “So you guys obviously saw that I just did this … I’ve got curves, I’ve got cellulite, I’ve got things that I don’t like about myself or that people have told me I shouldn’t like about myself. So any of you who feel self-conscious right now, remember, I just took all of my clothes off. So own your confidence.”
