Hair loss is a big problem, and unfortunately, a lot of people suffer from it. Hair loss, also known as alopecia or baldness, refers to a loss of hair from part of the head or body. Typically at least the head is involved. The severity of hair loss can vary from a small area to the entire body. It’s known to cause immense stress and the hair and beauty product industry, as well as medicine are fighting a long battle to prevent it, or at least simply moderate it.

But can we prevent hair loss, while also stimulating hair growth at the same time? Well, there’s this baking soda shampoo…

Here are some benefits of using this ingredient the next time you wash your hair:

• Boost hair growth

Your hair’s growth will be suppressed when it’s loaded with toxins and chemicals, and baking soda can clean that more efficiently than any other shampoo.

• Get rid of the chlorine

Chlorine can change the color of the hair and also damage it quite badly, while baking soda can remove it from the scalp and prevent damage

• Removes residue from hair products

Are you sure you always rinse your hair completely clean?

And finally, here’s how to make this.

All you need to do is just mix water and baking soda in a 3:1 ratio. The longer the hair, the more of each ingredient you’ll use.

For shoulder-length hair, it is recommended that precisely 6 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of baking soda are mixed.

Apply the shampoo, starting from the roots all the way to the ends, leave it on for a couple minutes, and then rinse the hair with some warm water.

You can also use a mixture of water and apple cider vingear, ratio 4:1, to rinse the hair. A few drops of essential oil can also be added.

After this treatment, the baking soda will stimulate healthy hair growth, revitalize it and it will stop hair loss.
