Apart from increasing your bust size, these foods benefit your health and provide the needed fat which is not unhealthy.
Examples of foods: Nuts, Avocado, Eggs, Fish etc.
Exercise is mainly thought of as either to lose weight or to gain muscle. Well, let me tell you that there is an exercise for every problem. If you are a fitness freak and think this is the easiest way out, here you go with two exercises that are bound to make your bust seem bigger soon.
4. Swinging Arms
Keep your arms by your side. Start off with swinging the arms in clockwise direction for about 15 times. After a break of 1 minute, start doing the same by swinging the arms in anti-clockwise direction. By doing so for at least 20 minutes a day, your breast size is bound to increase.
5. Wall Press
Put your palms on a wall, and press your body against the wall without bending the elbows. This needs to be done for about 25 times which requires a 30 seconds break thereafter. Continue to repeat the exercise with sufficient breaks. Do it for about 20 minutes a day. You will soon notice a change in your bust size.
6. Massage Your Breasts Regularly
As bizarre as it may seem, it really helps. Massaging your breasts on a daily basis aids in stimulating the retarded growth by increasing the blood flow. Massage your breast for at least 30minutes a day and you will be heading to the store for a cup size bigger in a months’ time.
