- 1/2 cup of cornstarch
- Mild soap
- Warm water
- Towel
- Microwave
Athlete’s foot treatment method:
- Preheat your microwave up to 325 degrees
- Pour 1/2 cup of cornstarch onto a tray and let it bake until it turns light brown
- The alternative option is to pour cornstarch in a cooking pot and heat it
- Make sure the cornstarch doesn’t burn while heating
- Now cool the starch and apply it on the affected feet and toes and rub gently
- Leave the starch for 10 minutes and then clean it off with the towel

- Mix 1 pint of 3% of H2O2 with 1 gallon of distilled water (lukewarm)
