Since she burst onto the music scene with her debut album 19 in 2008, Adele has become one of the planet’s biggest celebrities.
In the six years since then, she’s also managed to release a further two hit albums, as well as meet her life partner James Konecki and have a son, Angelo James Konecki, three.

Amidst all that achievement, she’s also successfully shed quite a bit of weight.
And she’s done it sensibly, by working with a personal trainer even when she doesn’t particularly feel like it, and eating somewhat healthily.

“I’m not, like, skipping to the f***ing gym,” Adele told Rolling Stone. “I don’t enjoy it. I do like doing weights.”
But she hasn’t done anything drastic, like cutting out carbs, adding she’s not “that crazy”.
